We just finished our aperitif tasting night with our special guest: the PORCHETTA!
It was a fantastic evening with music and lots of people ready to enjoy one of the many Italian specialties. The pork was about 1.30 meters long and weighed about 50 kg; it came directly from Italy inside a refrigerator at a controlled temperature throughout its journey. Once it arrived, it was immediately welcomed by our staff, who proceeded with the creation of the porchetta! Starting with spices of various types: pepper, fennel, salt and many more than closed and tied it to let it rest for a night. The next day we cooked it for at least 5 hours and then took it to the center of the aperitif around 20:00 on Friday, November 4!
Exquisite!! A fresh product and worthy of all compliments. We are waiting for you at our upcoming aperitif next Friday and we will reserve some special surprises for you in the future!
