Alici Sott’olio are the emblem of blue fish. Despite their small size, they are actually rich in taste and great for health thanks to their truly unique nutritional values. Our anchovies are processed exclusively on the fishing site. The phases of brine, seasoning and cutting of the belly and tail are followed by the most delicate filleting in which, manually, the anchovy is separated along the backbone, thus obtaining two fleshy fillets. A final cleaning, to eliminate small thorns and skin residues, before proceeding with the manual packaging and the addition of olive oil. They have a high calcium intake, are an excellent source of noble proteins and rich in Omega3
