Description
Blond craft beer produced in Apecchio, unpasteurized at high fermentation, refermented in the bottle. Its foam is full, creamy but with a very fine grain. Strong hints of hops in bloom, malt and fruity notes, with aromas of fresh yeast, vanilla, warm bread crust and honey. Recommended for very elaborate and rich first courses, risottos, semi-seasoned and seasoned pecorino cheeses and cured meats.
