Description
Braciolette alla Messinese
The Messina-style chops are a very appetizing second course of meat (Beef), even if they are small in size. These are small meat rolls filled with seasoned breadcrumbs (Cunzata alla Messina) and cheese, served on a skewer that usually contains four morsels. These little rolls can be eaten in one bite, melting tenderly in the mouth. Traditional cooking is on the grill (rustuta) but alternatively they can be cooked on the plate, in the oven or in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
