Burrata al Tartufo

Description

Special Italian “Burrata”with Truffle. Obtained from whole, raw or pasteurized cow’s milk, burrata is composed of an outer shell of solid mozzarella paste filled with fresh cream or butter with Truffle and has a softer consistency than that of mozzarella itself, especially on the inside.
