In Cabernet Sauvignon the vine-land link is exciting: it expresses all the fresh character typical of the red lands of Montello, which enjoys a microclimate extremely suited to the cultivation of the vine. 50% aged in large oak barrels and 50% aged in steel. Balsamic, intense, blackberry jam, blueberries, cherries, coffee, anise and black pepper. Soft, fresh, mineral and persistent. Recommended for meats.
