Description

Culaccia is obtained from the thigh of the best Italian pigs, wrapped in the rind we could say, it is soft and “creamy” and can be enjoyed in its full flavor even after 12 months of curing. The seasoning takes place with natural spices and aromas, at the end the salami is covered with pork lard to make it remain soft.
