Cold pressed Italian extra virgin olive oil – Balanced taste. The special edition “CERAMICHE TAU” packaged in ceramic bottles is composed of three lines of 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil obtained from different cultivars that characterize the Italian territory. Their name is inspired by the “Canticle of the Creatures” of St. Francis of Assisi, hence their names. On each bottle there is a necklace with an olive wood pendant in the shape of a Tau.
