Olive Nere Condite




Sicilian-style black olives, a simple and tasty traditional appetizer to eat anywhere. Towards the end of summer, beginning of October in the Ragusa area, the olive harvest begins in our countryside, both to produce oil and to prepare black olives seasoned in the Sicilian style. Preserving black or green olives in salt is an easy and quick way to preserve them over time, especially to season them and give them a truly incredible flavor, eliminating that bitter aftertaste that can often be annoying.
