Fresh soft Pecorino with Truffle from Sardinia. A very special version of our most loved and known cheese. The fresh and savoury taste of sheep milk cheese goes well with the precious and intense one of truffle. It is a young cheese, which matures for just 20-25 days and it is made only from whole sheep milk of Sardinian pastures. The rind is dark yellow, with the stripes of canestrati cheeses. The paste is cream-coloured, dotted and darker in colour because of the pieces of truffle and with slight holes.
