Pecorino seasoned with Sardinian Truffle. Cheese matured for at least 4 months, from sheep milk of Sardinian pastures, flavoured with small fragments of truffle dispersed in the paste. It is a cheese in baskets, produced in 4 kg wheels with an intense brown-coloured striped rind, treated on the surface with olive oil. The paste is compact, hard or semi-hard, with a straw yellow colour that the truffle particles dot with darker specks. When the fragrance of sheep milk meets the intense and unmistakable aroma of truffles, the result is a tasty but very balanced cheese.
