Description

Italian spicy Pecorino coated with chilli peppers. An aged pecorino with a medium-soft and compact structure. Made with 100% raw sheep’s milk, it has a natural maturation of 90 days. Slightly crumbly, it is sprinkled with red chilli pepper during molding in canisters.
