Braciolette al Pistacchio
Pistachio chops are a very appetizing second dish of meat even if small in size. These are small veal rolls stuffed with philadelphia, pistachio grains covered with pistachio flour, served on a skewer that usually contains four morsels. These little rolls can be eaten in one bite, melting tenderly in the mouth. They can be cooked on the plate, in the oven or in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
