Red craft beer in a can, made by the Flea Brewery for the “Big Bang Beer” project where an attractive style is combined with an excellent taste. Supernova is an Imperial Red Ale produced from barley malt harvested in the crops of the Gualdo Tadino area, in Umbria, where the brewery’s farm is based and the addition of special malts. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, top fermented with a second fermentation in the can. Amber reddish color, creamy and compact foam. The strong notes of malt arrive on the nose with a sweetness that is revealed on the palate thanks to the notes of caramel and hazelnut. Stimulating and rich, a stellar explosion of taste.
