Mediterranean Tuna




Mediterranean tuna is very similar to bluefin tuna due to the color of its meat and the intense flavor of its meat. The tuna caught along the Italian coasts, even from the boats of Cetara, a small fishing village on the Amalfi Coast, are already in the factory in a few hours and immediately processed. It is a quality of tuna rich in blood, with a very strong flavor and a color tending to dark red. The type of processing and steam cooking preserves all the organoleptic characteristics of the meat. The tuna are processed exclusively by hand and the only machines used in the processing are the indispensable ones such as the filler that doses the same amount of oil and salt in all the jars. Ideal to be enjoyed with vegetable side dishes
